6-Month Brake Pad and Rotor Installation Warranty

Warranty Coverage:
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. This warranty covers installation-related defects for brake pad and rotor services performed by [Pro Mobile Detailing l.l.c ].

Duration:
This warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of service.

What’s Covered:

  • Improperly torqued caliper bolts

  • Misaligned or improperly seated brake pads or rotors

  • Improper installation of hardware or shims

  • Uneven brake wear due to installation errors

  • Brake noise or vibration directly caused by incorrect installation

What’s Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear of brake components

  • Warping or damage caused by aggressive driving or overheating

  • Defects in parts not supplied by [Pro Mobile Detailing l.l.c]

  • Rust, corrosion, or contamination

  • Damage from accidents, road debris, or misuse

  • Issues caused by modifications or repairs by another service provider

Warranty Service:
If you experience a problem covered under this warranty, please contact us immediately. We will inspect your vehicle and, if the issue is found to be related to installation, we will correct it at no charge.

Proof of Service Required.
To claim this warranty, you must present a copy of your original invoice.

General Terms and Conditions of Liability

By authorizing any service provided by [Your Business Name], the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. General Scope of Liability

[Pro Mobile Detailing l.l.c] guarantees that all services are performed with professional care using industry-standard practices. However, [Pro Mobile Detailing l.l.c] is not responsible for any vehicle issues that arise after service unless directly caused by a workmanship-related error.

2. Brake Pads and Rotors – 6-Month Workmanship Warranty

We provide a 6-month warranty on installation workmanship for brake pads and rotors. This includes:

  • Caliper bolt torque issues

  • Misaligned or improperly seated components

  • Improper installation of hardware or shims

  • Uneven wear caused by installation error

Not Covered:

  • Warping from driving habits or overheating

  • Rust, contamination, or worn suspension causing vibrations

  • Defective parts not provided by [Pro Mobile Detailing l.l.c]

3. Fluid Services (Transmission, Engine Oil, Coolant, Brake Fluid, Power Steering, etc.)

We are not liable for mechanical failure that occurs after any fluid service, including but not limited to:

  • Transmission slippage or failure after a fluid change

  • Engine knocking, smoke, or damage not caused by over/underfilling or wrong oil

  • Cooling or braking issues due to pre-existing component wear

Customer acknowledges that fluid services may reveal or worsen underlying conditions unrelated to the service itself.

4. Spark Plug Replacement

Our spark plug service includes removal and replacement with proper torque specs. We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to threads, ignition coils, or cylinder heads

  • Engine misfires caused by unrelated electrical or fuel system issues

  • Damage from faulty or customer-supplied spark plugs

5. Suspension Repairs and Components

Suspension services cover installation of parts such as struts, shocks, control arms, sway bar links, etc. [Pro Mobile Detailing l.l.c] is not responsible for:

  • Ride quality issues due to worn tires, alignment, or frame damage

  • Noise or performance problems from related but unreplaced components

  • Premature wear due to off-road use, accidents, or neglect

6. Sensor Replacements

We are not responsible for continuing check engine lights or drivability issues not directly caused by improper installation or sensor failure, including:

  • Faulty wiring, damaged ECU, or vacuum leaks

  • Multiple sensor-related codes or systemic engine issues

  • Sensors provided by the customer without warranty

7. Parts Provided by Customer

No warranty or liability is assumed for any parts not supplied by [Pro Mobile Detailing l.l.c].

8. General Exclusions

This agreement excludes liability for:

  • Pre-existing or unrelated mechanical issues

  • Improper use, racing, towing overload, or neglect

  • Failure to follow up with recommended repairs or diagnostics

  • Damage from third-party repairs or tampering after service

9. Workmanship Warranty

[Pro Mobile Detailing l.l.c] offers a 30-day/1,000-mile warranty on general installation workmanship, excluding normal wear, improper use, or unrelated failures.
